Donating Hotel Room Nights for Auction
The activities of The Foundation are funded in part by proceeds from online auctions of hotel room night goft certificates. We request each hotel donate at least two (2) One-night certificates and two (2) Two-night certificates for each online auction. We encourage including amenities such as breakfast, dinner, valet or self-parking, resort fees, etc.
Preparing Your Donation

Please donate a minimum of two (2) one-night room gift certificates and two (2) two-night room gift certificates and include amenities such as breakfast, resort fees, valet or self-parking, etc.

The Foundation will reimburse each hotel 30% of the net auction proceeds generated by their donated room night gift certificates to help cover the hotel’s housekeeping and admin costs.

The hotel will be receiving compensation so the room night gift certificates cannot have an expiration date.

Room night gift certificates should state “Subject to Availability” and “Black Out Dates Apply”.

If the winning bidder and donor hotel are not able to arrange mutually acceptable room night(s) the Foundation will issue a full refund to the bidder.

The Foundation will prepare room night gift certificates if needed.

The Foundation uses the Frontstream “Bidding for Good” auction platform www.biddingforgood.com to conduct the online auctions.
